Online visibility: where customers look for you, and where they don't find you
Four places that decide whether a customer in Slovenia finds you — and what to fix on each one first.
Visibility isn't a follower count. It's the answer to one question: does a customer find you the moment they need you — and do you look trustworthy when they do?
1. Google search
Each service deserves its own page with a clear title and location. Without that, you're competing for one generic term where you're weakest.
2. Google Business Profile and Maps
For local services this is often the strongest channel. Accurate details, regular photos and customer reviews are what move you into the top three map results.
3. Social media as a trust check
A lot of people check your profile right after checking your website. If your last post is from last year, that's exactly where doubt creeps in. Consistency matters more here than any single post's quality.
4. Mentions and referrals
Groups, directories, local media and partners. Every mention with a link also strengthens your search rankings.
If you want to know where you're currently losing visitors, I'll review all four spots and send you a prioritised fix list.
